As the parent(s) or legal guardian of the above child, I/we authorize any adult acting on behalf of Chabad of Hunterdon County Hebrew School to hospitalize or secure treatment for my/our child, I/we further agree to pay all charges for that care and/or treatment. It is understood that if time and circumstances reasonably permit, Chabad of Hunterdon County Hebrew School personnel will try, but are not required, to communicate with me/us prior to such treatment. I/we hereby give permission for my/our child to participate in all school activities, join in class and school trips on and beyond school properties and allow my/our child to be photographed while participating in Hebrew School activities. I/we also understand that all liability and costs resulting from damage to property and/or personal injury caused or attributable to my/our child/children will be my/our responsibility and I/we agree to fully indemnify and save Hebrew School and it’s associates, teachers and agents harmless therefrom. I/we consent to Chabad of Hunterdon County Hebrew School’s use of our personal information and of our child/children at its discretion in pursuit of school activities.

Payment Methods

   

You may choose from the following payment methods: It is very helpful for Chabad of Hunterdon Hebrew School if you are able to accept option 1, full payment prior to September 8th.

The tuition can be paid in full when registering your child.

 
Two Payments
  • 2/3 1st payment is due September, 7 2016.
  • 1/3 2nd payment is due December 31 2016.
  • If above two options above are financialy difficult, Chabad will arrange a monthly payment plan either through Monthly credit card charge or monthly Head-checks Please make all checks payable to Chabad of Hunterdon County and submit them together with the registration form. Please contact Chabad directly to discuss further.
  • Refunds for children withdrawing from school before the end of the school year will be pro-rated up to March 1 provided that the school office is given 30 days written notice and does not include the registration fee. Tuition refunds will not be granted to children withdrawing from school after March 1. There are no refunds or credits for days missed due to illness, holidays, or family vacations.

School Policies

 
DISPOSITION
Parent acknowledges that the Chabad hebrew School serves children who are able to function successfully in a group setting. If, in the judgment of the school's Director, the child is not able to function in a group setting, the parent may be asked to withdraw the child. In the event that the parent is request to withdraw the child, the Director will work with the parent to identify possible alternative programs suitable for the child.
LEAVING SCHOOL BUILDING
For off-site trips, parent will be notified in advance and asked to sign permission slips.
SCHOOL CLOSINGS
Every effort is made to remain open on all regularly scheduled days. However, if we are forced to be closed or to have a delayed opening, parents will be telephone and/or e-mailed by 8am. if parent does not answer phone, a message will be left on the answering machine.
RELEASE OF INFORMATION AND PHOTOGRAPHS
